A culinary career that started at home with an appreciation for quality meals, and fresh product was to be the catalyst of Head Chef/Owner of Mint Catering extensive worldly travels.
This has included lengthy work stops In Melbourne, Australia and London, England's top end restaurants supporting Michelin Star, and 2 Chef Hat international status.
Luke's catering experience includes work in the French yachting city of  St. Tropez, France, England's Glastonbury music festival, Cirque due solei productions, private functions across Southern Australia's Wine Valley, and much more.
Now, finally back to Canada after a recent 4 month  culinary adventure throughout Thailand, and Vietnam, Luke Delloch and Mint catering are ready to show Kelowna, and the rest of the Okanagan what quality food is!
